Bio
Martin is responsible for M-Vision’s technical leadership, product development and architecture initiatives. Martin has over 20 years of technology experience with practical operational and management skills. He is able to create and drive a technical vision as well as contribute to the business strategy as part of an executive team. He is equally comfortable mentoring engineering teams and presenting to customers and investors.
Martin’s product development experience spans Infrastructure, Enterprise, Web 2.0, Media, Consumer Products, and Services through Carrier Class Solutions. He has delivered SaaS Solutions to embedded consumer product devices such as Cyclometers for bicyclists and an altimeter wrist watch for hikers and skiers, and a GPS based navigation system. In addition, Martin has applied core competency in solutions for Startup and established clients including global Fortune 500 companies Aspect, Livebooks.com, LiveScribe, Lucent Technologies, Meebo.com, Phillips and Xerox.
Martin most recently served as interim CTO for Livebooks.com, and previously held role of VP of Engineering of Cacheon, GPware, and Tranz-Send. Martin completed his Bachelor of Science – Electrical Engineering (BSEE) at the University of the Pacific, and attended post graduate courses at University of California, Berkeley, San Jose State University, and Stanford.
